I Was 100 Pounds Overweight & Sickly
When I was 100 pounds overweight, I was pre-diabetic. I had hypothyroidism and I was on medications. I just wasn’t a very healthy or happy person.
Throughout the process of failing at diet for 30 years, I decided to try the Keto diet back in 2011 before anybody knew really what it was. It wasn’t mainstream yet.
Keto friends said to keep your carbohydrates really low and eat vegetables, fat, and protein. I successfully lost 100 pounds in less than 6 months. I also tracked my calories daily with an app. My health started recovering quickly.
I tried the vegan diet for a couple of years because there was a lot of pressure to do that. “It would make you healthier” and that was a big set back in my health!

Once I corrected myself and got back on the Ketogenic lifestyle, I felt great again!
I’d say my diet is probably 90% carnivore or better, and that change really made a huge impact on my overall mental and physical health. I’m no longer having digestive issues.

I’ve been following several doctors who have been “woken”. They’re aware of the issues with prescribing pharmaceuticals without getting to the bottom of the health problems first.
These Keto doctors research you’re health history by getting to know you and your problems well. They run labs as needed and then change your diet.
When you change your diet to low carb, low fiber, including more animal proteins and fats, it really does address the cause of most modern health issues.
Americans got sick from eating processed foods, sugars & glyphosate in the foods.
For many people, the vegan diet causes health issues from too much fiber and oxalates. The vegan diet lacks B vitamins, which were causing serious anxiety & depression problems for me. This is why I switched back to a more carnivore diet.
Is what I learned is that you don’t need to have fiber to be healthy, in fact, lack of fiber remedied my gut issues.
I started finding bio hacks that the woken doctors were testing on themselves using these new technologies.
These Keto doctors were having such success not only in their own lives with fat loss and wellness but with their clients too. I just wanted to be part of their journey. I started getting my health back in order at age 50.
I’m Healthier At Age 50 Than I Was In My 20’s
I feel healthier now than I ever had in my life. I was an overweight child with anxiety and depression that carried into my adult life. Doctors unnecessarily and wrongly over-prescribed me antibiotics as a child. If they would have done any research at all, they would have realized I was allergic to dairy and gluten.
Some of these doctors were helping me restore my gut wall mucosal lining and others were helping me with essential minerals that were lacking using the Root Cause Protocol. I had a leaking gut and no energy, I just felt like crap. The Adrenal cocktails and magnesium worked miracles!

There’s a hook you can hang from your door with cables to mount the red light. In the video, I pulled my camera up so you can see how it’s attached to the door. There are also four hooks on the back of the housing, so you can hang it over your massage table as my physical therapists were doing.
The light comes with a handy pully system so you can pull the light vertically up and down the wall to ensure you’re getting exposed to the light from head to toe.
I hang the light from my door here and I just stand in front of it in my underwear and I just slowly turn my body around as I listen to some personal development on a podcast.
The MitoMax is 36 inches long x 8.25 inches wide and it’s less than 3 inches deep.
Mito Lights Are Built Sturdy In Steel Housing
These lights are built very well, so lifting the MitoMax or MitoMega up and down might not be an easy task for some people because of it’s weight. The pulley system makes easy work of this task.
A noticeable change was the light really felt good on my back, it gave me pain relief. You can feel the heat going into your body, but it’s not painful. It’s not the kind of heat where you’re concerned it’s going to burn your innards like my physical therapist was using on me.
MitoMax helped me sleep better for sure. It helped my mood. I actually felt like it was helping my gut feel better, and I lost more body fat. I hadn’t exercised in almost 2 months due to severe back pain.
