Vegans Are Giving Up Their Diet for Carnivore To Get Well
More and more vegans are giving up the diet in large numbers due to suffering from poor health. For some it’s mental health issues, others it’s physically weak. They are coming back to a ketogenic or carnivore diet and they are seeing rapid improvements in their health.
I was vegan for almost 3 years, that diet made me extremely sick, depressed, and weak.
