I am sure that we all have been guilty of having a late-night before bed snack once or twice. But what if a little before bed snack isn’t such a bad thing. What if, a snack before hitting the sheets could help get us in shape and boost our ability to shed pounds? Now, we cannot just eat anything and everything.
Here are a few helpful hints for some snacks to have before you hit the sack.
While your nutritional plan may already include some Greek yogurt, adding some right before you head to bed could provide a bonus to your metabolism. Packed with protein and valuable to building lean muscle, snacking on Greek yogurt before you lay down for the night can help burn fat as well.
A nice salty, crunchy snack at bedtime is more than just a tasty treat. Tossing back a handful of almonds will provide your body some additional fuel as it recharges. Almonds have been labeled as a fat-burning superfood that can assist in replenishing and repairing what your exercise routine does to your muscles during the day.
KETO//OS PRO is what I use and it’s packed with MCTs, which help combat the aging process, improves sleep and digestion. This Ketogenic protein powder helps initiate muscle growth and prevents muscle breakdown –providing high-quality fuel, perfect for advanced post-workout muscle repair and recovery. It’s also very low in carbohydrates which is something to avoid right before bedtime. We have a great referral program where you can get your shakes and pure therapeutic ketones for free, and earn some extra income if you share it with others. Ask me how email:email@example.com
If you’re hangry, protein is a great way to satisfy it.
Eggs are a good source of protein, and also a food your stomach should be able to process fairly quickly, so it shouldn’t cause late-night indigestion. I prefer scrambled eggs because I feel like they make its way through my gut more quickly than a hard-boiled one.

Ketones also help with muscle preservation as you burn body fat….it’s a win/win for both men and women. We need to be strong and durable as we age so we can take care of ourselves without assistance for as long as possible.
Research suggests that exogenous Ketones could reduce the chances of us suffering from dementia and might prevent Alzheimer’s if taken along with quality healthy fats such as MCT and a low carbohydrate diet.
